I am new to the internet experience and know nothing about computers. When I wanted to do something with my profile, I hesitantly asked Fran if it was possible. She told me how to do it, but I didn't understand any of it. As soon as I told her this, she walked me through every step, a bit at a time, and wrote all the html codes I needed. She was amazing and spent a lot of time and patience with me. I would have given up, but she didn't.
